Using the FLOWER to Write Orders
- Coding is Complete
- Allocation worksheet sent out
- PreBattler is completed in the Flower
- Allocation Meeting held and allocation sheet completed for all accounts
SBI – Replenishment
- Load Battles
- Create New session
- Name session
- Save session
Sawyer – Flower
- Load PreBattler
- Tools
- Load Saved session
- CLICK ONCE on the PreBattler session you want to use
- From drop down list – select the replenishment session
- Export to replenishment
- OK – (wait, no notice given)
SBI – Replenishment
- Refresh Session
- Go BY STORE
- Look for any negatives and make note of these
- Go BY ASSORTED
- Fix all negative items (remove items from stores based on sales data, WOH…)
- Fix any other items you may have added or adjust items as needed

- Rack Optimizer
- Select session
- Load data
- Shelf Round
- Apply
- Refresh each time
SBI – Replenishment
- Fix shelf counts on any store that may have too low a count or too high
- Prorate entire session
- Build Racks
- Export store summary for rack counts

- Adjust stores to desired rack count (take racks up or down)

- Export store summary
- Double check rack counts and shelf fullness
- Add VAI
