How to write orders using NBS for modifying racks

Using the FLOWER to Write Orders

  1. Coding is Complete
  2. Allocation worksheet sent out
  3. PreBattler is completed in the Flower
  4. Allocation Meeting held and allocation sheet completed for all accounts

SBI – Replenishment

  1. Load Battles
  2. Create New session
    1. Name session
    2. Save session

Sawyer – Flower

  1. Load PreBattler
    1. Tools
    2. Load Saved session
    3. CLICK ONCE on the PreBattler session you want to use
    4. From drop down list – select the replenishment session
      1. Export to replenishment
      2. OK – (wait, no notice given)

SBI – Replenishment

  1. Refresh Session
  2. Go BY STORE
    1. Look for any negatives and make note of these
  3. Go BY ASSORTED
    1. Fix all negative items (remove items from stores based on sales data, WOH…)
    2. Fix any other items you may have added or adjust items as needed

Sawyer – Flower

  1. Rack Optimizer
    1. Select session
    2. Load data
  2. Shelf Round
  3. Apply
  4. Refresh each time

SBI – Replenishment

  1. Fix shelf counts on any store that may have too low a count or too high
  2. Prorate entire session
  3. Build Racks
  4. Export store summary for rack counts

Sawyer – Flower

  1. Manual Rack Adj
  2. Refresh
  3. Adjust stores to desired rack count (take racks up or down)

SBI – Replenishment

  1. Build Racks
  2. Export store summary
    1. Double check rack counts and shelf fullness
  3. Add VAI
  4. Build Racks
  5. Complete Session
